RAI Team

RAI consists of a core team and associate consultants. The team leader is Mr. Douglas OUMA. The firm has seasoned consulting partners and support staff.  The team’s associate consultants are drawn from Universities, Learning and Research Institutions and Development Organizations.  Individual consultants or a team of consultants (referred to as an assignment team), constituted depending on the context, are assigned specific tasks to perform. In instances where an assignment team is constituted, there is normally a Lead Consultant and Consulting Liaison Specialist from RAI to ensure quality control and coordination of assignments.
