Who is RAI?
Our beginning
RETOUCH AFRICA INTERNATIONAL LTD (RAI) is a regional development consultancy firm based in Nairobi Kenya with scope of over eight years operations in sub-Saharan Africa. It is a network of multidisciplinary teams of seasoned professionals spanning an array of experiences bringing high level of expertise, energy and passion to every assignment. RAI has subsidiary offices in Uganda (RAI Uganda) and Tanzania (RAI Tanzania) with Team Leaders for Rwanda and Ethiopia.
RAI’s core focus are: Leadership Development, Change Management; Community Development, Organizational Development and Institutional Strengthening, Mentoring and Coaching, Project Planning and Management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting, Environmental Management and Assessments, Business and Enterprise Development, Peace Building and Conflict Management; Gender, Youth and Development; Action Research and Training; Information and Communication Technology(ICT), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Instrument and Kirk Patrick Four Levels Evaluation.
RAI delivers consultancy services using partnership and transformative models; and has worked with Community Groups, National and International NGOs, Government Agencies, Private International Consulting Companies, Research and Learning Institutions, International Development Agencies, Intergovernmental Institutions, Private Institutions and Business Enterprises. RAI develops and implements strategies and processes that are co-created with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. RAI-Clients’ solutions are based on a whole systems approach, rooted in rigorous data-driven analysis and creative imagination.

RAI’s mission is to build management and leadership capacity, long-term partnership processes with organizations and individuals that promote sustainable development especially among resource challenged communities in Sub Saharan Africa Eastern, Central and Southern Africa regions through consultancy services.
